Hello, my name is Heather and I have been with the company for 8 months. I was hired as a CSR (customer service representative) . My daily duties include answering phone calls from our customers, scheduling our techs to come to your lawn for treatment, processing payments on customer’s accounts, mailing out various letters throughout the year for promotions and discounts, and several other office duties. It truly is an honor to work for such a successful family company that has been in business for 60 years. The management and staff make it an enjoyable experience to come to work.
